Looks cute , can’t pull the one side over the bar yet so my guy hasn’t tried it yet. Make sure all pole connectors are on the right way before you push all the way in. It’s a pain in the tush to take back out. Directions not great. Black Pole connectors should have small round circle for tent poles on the top.

Our 70 lb English Bulldog loves this cot. We had to take the canopy off as she has to be on a leash where we currently are and it got tangled up.

RELIANCER 48 Elevated Dog Cot - I could not get this cot together. I did exactly as the video said but could not get the sides short enough to attach the velcro to the last bar. Also one of the middle bars kept falling off. The seller was great but the product was not so great.

This dog bed and canopy has been a great addition to the back yard and is exactly as advertised. The canopy did tear and dry out after a while but the company was very quick to respond and sent us a new one. The bed is extremely sturdy and has held up in all kinds of weather. I highly recommend this product and this company.

Purchased this bed for our English Bulldog to take camping. She loves it and it’s great that we have the removable canopy. Our box was missing a piece and customer service from the seller was amazing! Not only did they confirm via photo if they were sending the right part, but they followed up to make sure we were happy. Definitely a great buying experience.

It is serving its purpose, but no matter how much we pound pieces together, we can't get the velcro flap around one end. Our dog seems to like it and it's better than him laying on hard ground with his arthritis.

Una persona que no tenga las herramientas hubiese tenido que devolverlo pq no había forma de montarlo.El toldo no se ve de buena calidad.

The bed was difficult to put together as the connectors would barely work. Once together the bed worked great for our dog.

Returning my item bc I was shipped an OBVIOUSLY returned item. Still, all the pcs were there... so, I figured I'd attempt to assemble and use it anyway. It was very difficult for me when it should have been super easy and quick. The openings didn't line up with the horizontal parallel poles and the velcro end could not meet the other end of the hook and loop tape. It just didn't fit at all. Also, some of the stitching skipped or over shot the velcro and there was an open 3 place where it should have been sewn down. So, it's going back AGAIN. Hopefully, noone else will receive this one.I am still going to reorder a smaller size and hope it's a non-returned item. If everything fit, I would have been happy to accept it.

My dogs love it. There is one flaw. It is a little to short on the side where the Velcro is, so it hangs down on one side. I put a cooling mat on it, and dogs lay on it even during the hot Texas sun.

Not even on all sides so we had to broaden the the joints, trim the fiberglass, stretch the fabric and it’s also much too tall to have any impact. Had to trim the poles to lower the shade to a level that would make sense. Seems durable tho
