I received my stamps in good time and in good condition but was very disappointed that I got two stamps for 'ORIGINAL' instead of one that said 'FAXED' or some other option. I don't need two of the same thing. Very disappointing that no one took the time to check this.

They’re overall good considering what they’re for. They get the job done. The lids don’t really stay on the individual stamp sometimes but it’s sitting in the lid so that doesn’t really matter. I immediately had to order replacement ink because about 4 of the 8 were on the light side as though it needed refilling. Again, they get the job done.

The customer service was fantastic in their response to the issue I raised in my initial review. Though my office requires a refillable product, this is not a bad product. I work in customer service and can tell you I was inspired by the kindness and swift responses and their willingness to go above the rest without being asked.

They do the job and help a lot.

This product was better than expected. Came in its own case to hold all the pieces together and the quality of the printing is crystal clear. Love this product.

Stamps are ok. They work, but not as I expected. I’m not sure if I’m the only one who received stamps like this:1) some of the blue stamps make me feel they are about to dry up.2) when press the stamp you can barely have that click-like feel and it’s hard to get it evenly stamped on papers - it will either be partially missing or fully stamped but leaves a oily mess just like some reviewers mentioned3) they do NOT work on litmus paper. See my photo attached. Stamped and left it for like half hour and when I touched it still did not dry…4) the lids cannot stay on stamps, I guess that’s the reason why the seller individually wrapped these stamps, but once you remove those wrap, you will have to find a way to keep those lids on properly.Contacted seller right away on Friday when I received the product (5/21/2021), so far did not receive any response. Since it’s weekend so I will be waiting for another day or two. If I still cannot hear from them I will be returning it.Update 5/24/2021:Seller replied and offered a replacement. I will add two stars for their fast response. I will wait to see if the replacement has any improvement, will update again once I get it.Update 5/26/2021:Got the replacement. COPY is good this time but the dry up problem still exists. Talked to seller again asking if they are refillable, unfortunately the stamps are NOT refillable, which means once it dried up, it is useless. I will give 5 stars for the customer service but one star for the product.

ink can be a little leaky so you have to let it dry

A great variety of frequently needed stamps. The print is bold and a great size. I love the different colors and the sturdy case. It fits nicely in the drawer and the stamps are easy to see and get to. If you have a home office you'll love these. Great value.

Ink takes to much time to dry

Too small of a writing & cheaply made, this company has good customer service, they contacted me regarding my review and made my shipping experience much better. I appreciate their customer service.
