I was amazed at how strong this product is. I use an air impact on my wheels and it was strong enough to break and spin off the lugs with ease.

I used the electric car floor jack to remove my daughter flat tire. It was easy too use and allow peoples to change tire without being underneath the vehicle. Highly recommend this electric floor jack.

Works. Not heavy duty

Makes a grinding noise when lifting as if it needs greasing

Very handy for tire rotation with floor jack as well. Slow and noisy but it is what it is. However it is handy for roadside tire repair.

I liked the jack, just disappointing to see it doesn't come with the remote controls and have no way to get ahold of the manufacturer to get one tried looking up there website that was a dead end, tried to contact on Facebook again nothing! Other than that it seems like a nice product!

I don’t believe it can lift 5 tons, it strain to lift less than 2 tons.

This jack worked well lifting my half ton Chevy. I used it four or five times but then it stopped. When it stopped I thought it blew the fuse on my power outlet in the car. It did not. It blew the plug itself. This is going to be a pain to change. It is not the fuse. I then tried it directly to the battery. That blew the fuse in the unit. I don't know that I can blame the jack for blowing the power point but it was in it when it blew before the fuse.I would suggest only connecting directly from the battery when I contacted the company through Amazon what about a week they sent me another one I sent a couple of pictures of it not working. No trouble at all. So they did stand by the warranty.It is little expensive for what you get, at $95 it would be much nicer if it had metal gears but such is the way now.I have had this center of the edge of a truck that had it lift up the whole rear end or the whole front end. Neither weighs 5 tons but it lifted with no problem. Don't be foolish, use jack stands with this. I don't want my body/life/ health depending on a Chinese rivet.I don't know that you'll get much better than this one and I believe that the reason the motor died was that the cord was push in the hole and that tied up the gears. So I would fix that issue before you even use it. You shouldn't have to pay $100 and then fix something but you do but I don't think that's something you can get around in the modern day.

this jack lifts good but is slow. handy for my shop

Mine would barely jack up a 1/2 ton truck using the cigarette light. Maybe hooking straight to the battery would help? Not sure where 5 tons comes from. It would not lift that amount.

This device might be as strong as they say it is. I bought it because they say, it was made to lift up 5 Tones, I used It to lift up a car that weighs a little less than 3 tones, It works perfectly, However, I would advise anybody who is using this Jack to do it in a flat surface because I realize it has the power to lift up 5 tones safely but on a flat surface.
